E.P.I. CENTRALIZERS

• E.P.I. Conductor Centralizers offer the lowest-cost solution for long term conductor protection from wave action, corrosion and platform sefflement.
• The E.P.I. Conductor Centralizer is constructed of a high grade "Prime-Ether" Polyurethane pad, custom molded with curvature to properly fit any size conductor pipe.
• The Polyurethane pad is mold bonded with an eight step process to a steel face plate using EPI's proprietary low profile mechanical affachment and chemical bond.
• Thousands of these E.P.I. Centralizers are in service around the world without a single failure. They require no maintenance whatsoever and provide a permanent solution to a difficult offshore problem.

The E.P.I. Centralizer is far superior to the alternative of rubber-based products, which grab, thereby increasing the possibility of bond failure. Frequent maintenance and replacement of rubber parts are expensive and if neglected can lead to serious damage to the Conductor Pipe. E.P.I. offers the above designs in stock and a large selection of low-cost and easy to install Conductor Centralizers including the extended versions and many other proven designs. Most of E.P.I.'s centralizers are furnished sand blasted and zinced, but can be top-coated per customer specification.
