E.P.I. Floatover System Manufacturing

E.P.I. tightly controls all aspects of the manufacturing process to produce quality, highly functional systems. We have produced parts that have been held to tighter tolerances than most elastomeric standards. In a 12-feet stack height, the variance was kept to less than 3%, which is significantly lower than the 5-10% variances typical with rubber processing. Assembly

Lifting equipment E.P.I. considers all aspects of the job, including transportation and installation of systems in order to keep the total project cost down. In the picture shown, a system of chain slings and safety tension pins were incorporated into the design to facilitate safe loading and transportation, as well as ease of installation.

E.P.I.'s manufacturing facility allows us to supply not only the elastomeric units, but also the steel canisters and receiver cones used in mating the decks to the jackets. This integration insures proper fit and alignment of all components of the floatover systems.
